Table 1 shows how even a small displacement on one axis results in greater deviation as the height increases. There are errors on each axis, and these combine to give the total 3D deviation. DIXI machines are scraped and checked in accordance with the standard norms ISO 230-2 (Positioning & Repeatability) and ISO 10791-1 (Straightness & Angular Deviation). Through this rigorous scraping and inspection process, DIXI ensures machine accuracy which is far superior to that of our competitors.

We use a bed which is thick enough so that there is no distortion even when the heavy column is placed on top of it.
What's more, we achieve almost perfect flatness through repeated scraping and measurement by skilled technicians.
Due to the tightly spaced bolts (80 mm pitch), the bed and upper structure are fixed as they would be in a mono block.
DIXI Machines' product concept is "Machines which you
can use right away, without any test cuts." In order to
achieve this concept,
DIXI machines control machining
errors at the nano level anywhere in the work envelope.
All the technologies used in our machines were
developed with this purpose in mind.
