Analysis

The complete machine has been designed with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) in order to retain the mass in areas subject to high stress for the ultimate performance. The large and heavily ribbed static frame in spheroidal cast iron of 600 N/mm2 ensures maximum rigidity. Because the more rigid a machine tool, the better the accuracy, surface finish, tool life and machine life.

Static rigidity

The static rigidity leads to no weak points and homogenized rigidity which corresponds to 3 times the usual values found in this industry.

Dynamic rigidity

The dynamic rigidity is on high frequency which corresponds
to 2 - 3 times the usual values found in this industry.
