The tilting 5th axis

A tilting table that simultaneously allows highly efficient and highly accurate machining is available as an option. Tilting table allows simultaneous indexing of A and B axis to utilize machine full potential in machining of complex shapes and in process integration. It is also possible to make the tool approach from the optimum angle, realizing high-quality machining and extending.

All JIGs and DHPs are available with an optional tilting 5-axis.High positional accuracy is possible thanks to the absolute encoders on both axis. The table has hydraulic brakes on both axes and its tilting range goes from 45 º to -135 º.

Tilt rotary table with direct drive motors

  1. Articulates interchangeable pallet
  2. High positioning accuracy due to direct measurement
  3. Linear scales and encoders on both axes
  4. Hydraulic brakes on both axes
  5. Workpieces up to 650 / 800 mm (25.6 / 31.5 in.) dia. and 500 mm (19.7 in.) height (JIG 700, DHP 50)
  6. Workpieces up to 1,000 / 1,200 mm (39.3 / 47.2 in.) dia. and 810 mm (31.8 in.) height (JIG 1200 Ⅱ, DHP 80 Ⅱ)
