To utilize machine to full extend, we prepared array of peripheral devises: from different size tool magazines to high-speed table, to fast and accurate APC, etc.


ATC

Original and highly adjustable tool changer allows high-speed and reliable tool changes.

Tool changing time JIG 700・DHP 50: 5.8 sec. JIG 1200 Ⅱ・DHP 80 Ⅱ・DHP 100 Ⅱ: 6.10 sec.

Table

The implementation of direct motors offers high speed and highly efficient drive with zero backlash, resulting in maintenance-free use and long service life.

APC (DHP only)

A high-speed, 2 station rotary type APC is simple and reliable and offers excellent operability. Workpieces can be loaded using crane.

Pallet repeatability under 2 Pallet changing time (4-axis) DHP 50: under 12 sec. DHP 80 Ⅱ・DHP 100 Ⅱ: under 20 sec. Pallet changing time (5-axis) DHP 50: under 30 sec. DHP 80 Ⅱ: under 45 sec.
