
Using a large cooling unit and a large-volume circulating pump system, the temperature of all sources of heat generation including the spindle, hydraulic system, electrical cabinet and coolant, is completely controlled.
By providing a constant supply of the appropriate amount of water-based coolant to all heat sources individually <e.g., 40 L/min (10.6 gpm) to the spindle> at 2 °C below the ambient temperature (can be adjusted for changes in ambient temperature), we prevent heat from transfer into machine structural components.
