
Machine are equipped with high rigidity, high accuracy and high performance spindle, developed for very long life. A full array of spindle sensors include a spindle expansion sensor, spindle temperature sensor, spindle vibration sensor, etc.

The spindle has been constructed with a short overhang to increase rigidity. And adopting a direct drive motor for spindle drive enables high-speed synchronized tapping.
In order to maintain long bearings life and optimum load capacity, we developed hydraulically controlled, stepless, variable spindle bearing preload. This feature automatically adjusts preload in accordance with spindle speed, thus reducing heat generation in bearings.
By arranging cooling water jackets around heat generating areas of spindle, we prevent heat transfer to spindle housing, thus averting spindle overheat and maintaining spindle accuracy.
