"If a company wants to create sophisticated products, it should start by developing excellent human resources". This is the philosophy that Mori Seiki follows at our training centers, by seeing to the education of our engineers and providing them with access to a wealth of knowledge from inside and outside the company. At our Mori Seiki University we have developed a system of support capable of responding to the rapid changes occurring in this era, from the fundamentals to applications.

NC School


		We provide training for our customers and their machining engineers, allowing them to operate their machinery from the moment installation is complete. Customers can learn to apply their machine tool knowledge to NC machine tools and quickly begin to operate NC machines.

Human Resources Development


		To improve the skills and knowledge level of Mori Seiki employees, we have periodic employee seminars to review topics from basic knowledge to machine operations. Furthermore, we also hold 30 training sessions each year for dealers from overseas who provide service for Mori Seiki products, to teach practical knowledge about assembly, adjusting parts, repair and maintenance.
