Main Features

The rigidity between the spindle and tool tip has been improved, allowing powerful turning.

The super high-rigidity structure and the BMT™ allow turning of one class higher, and contribute to greater productivity.

We have prepared 20-station turret specifications suitable for a wide range of workpieces, including those which require many machining processes (NL1500, NL2000).

With a digital tailstock * as a standard feature, setup time has been reduced (does not apply to S, SMC, or SY types).

Distance between centers 2000 type, 3000 type (NL3000)
In order to machine long workpieces with high speed and high precision, we have added a high-rigidity bed and special functions and equipment for machining long workpieces.
* The NL3000/2000 ,NL3000/3000 have a programmable tailstock.
