・Dedicated platform
The NLX Series was develop with independent platforms for the turning, milling and Y-axis specifications to ensure the optimal machine design for each specification. The machine offers improved vibration damping performance and dynamic rigidity by using slideways on all axes.
・Liquid Circulation Construction
Various thermal displacements are addressed by circulating coolant through the castings, keeping their temperature uniform to suppress postural changes in the machine.
・BMT® (Built-in Motor Turret)
A "built-in" milling motor structure has been used with the motor located in the turret, reducing heat generation and vibration to a minimum and improving transmission efficiency. Cutting ability, speed, surface quality and precision have all been greatly improved.
