3 turrets,
unlocking new process integration.
The structure with up to 3 turrets and 2 spindles offers high-efficiency machining. Outstanding milling ability with the BMT™ (Built-in Motor Turret). This multi-axis turning center is ideal for process integration of mass-production workpieces.
- •Max. 3 turrets

Main Features

It allows not only turning but also excellent milling with Y-axis. With the largest Y-axis travel in its class, it achieves high-precision, high-efficiency machining.

Using ORC™ (Octagonal Ram Construction) for the orthogonal Y-axis structure of Turret 2 allows the axis to be guided while saving space.

The NZ Series of multi-axis machines for mass production is equipped with up to 3 turrets, all of them BMT. And since the 3 turrets can hold a total of 48 tools (16 tools per turret), productivity is greatly increased.
