In order to provide customers with even greater value and
satisfaction, Mori Seiki has implemented a “2-Year Warranty” in
Japan and overseas. This new warranty extends the period for cost-free repairs for machines from the previous 1 year to 2
years, and will be valid for all models installed after April 1, 2007.*1
For machines delivered in Japan, parts and labor will be guaranteed free for 2 years from the date of installation. For machines delivered outside of Japan, parts relating to machine breakdown will be guaranteed free for 2 years from the date of installation, and labor costs to repair will be free for 1 year, please refer to your local dealer and sales agreement for further clarification.
At Mori Seiki, we have several ways to help our customers. Our Service Centers
handle requests for parts and repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our
Parts Centers immediately send customers the parts they need, with over 90%
being shipped within 24 hours. Our Technical Centers dispatch engineers directly
to make repairs. By combining these services, we solve customers’ problems
as quickly as possible.
