In order to provide these solutions, Mori Seiki has created an " Engineering Headquarters " as a specialized section focused on system design.
The Center's support activities begin by first taking a look at the customer's challenges and goals, laying out a clear action plan for future development, and then proposing the right machining plan, production equipment, service support system, and all other aspects of production systems.

The Turn Key System offers customers the most advantageous
system design for their production activities. The Engineering Headquarters
was born out of the need to pursue this solution concept. The activities of the Engineering Headquarters include everything from coming up with the concept for the production system to application technologies designed for total engineering. In order to fulfill its mission, the Engineering Headquarters handles system design, bringing together the Fixture Peripheral Device Department, which designs and builds high-efficiency fixtures and all types of automations support equipment, and the Sales Headquarters. All the Departments work together to design projects up to a factory in size, ensuring the customer can have the maximum peace of mind. We provide solutions worldwide thanks to our bases in Nagoya, Chicago, and Stuttgart.

The NX Series is a specialized machine for automobile parts machining lines, which allows easy line construction even for variable-item, variable-lot production. There are 3 models - a horizontal MC, a vertical MC and a turning center - all with the same machine width and loading height, which means that machines can be added, removed or replaced with great flexibility.

♦ With DCG® (Driven at the Center of Gravity), which keeps vibration to a minimum.
As well as using a machine design which can respond easily to changes in design or production amount, we have provided 2 sizes, the NX2000 DCG and the NX3000 DCG.
